You may sign up for a card if you live in the Rockville Centre School District.
Apply in person at the library. Bring either a valid driver’s license with a current RVC residential address or two of the following: a utility bill, credit card bill, current car registration, insurance card, property tax bill, mortgage statement, bank statement, typed lease, landlord’s notarized letter, or school identification.
A parent/legal guardian must sign the application for a child 12 years or younger, accepting responsibility for library materials and any fines or charges incurred by their child.
Residents of the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre, not in the boundaries of the RVC School District, are issued RVCPL courtesy library cards (buff cards) by providing the same information as residents of the School District after first obtaining a card from their home library.
